The Resonance of Place
My latest paintings debuted at The Artist Project, March 26-29 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto.
These colourful pieces echo the edges and forms I’ve observed in the local landscape.
I’m currently creating new paintings for a show coming up in July.

Trained as a graphic designer and creative director, I turned to painting to recharge my creative batteries. It quickly became an obsession and now I have a rigorous studio practice. My unique approach to abstract painting rests on a deep understanding of design and colour, freshly animated by the sensual immediacy of my materials.
I live and work in the woods near Washago, Ontario, a wonderful area full of rivers and lakes.
